Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client relationships and business
- Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
- Represent issuers and investors in private securities drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, Partnership agreements, stockholder agreements, articles of incorporation, etc.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience working on private securities offerings and entity agreements
