Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote)
About the Role
Latitude is seeking experienced corporate M&A attorneys for flexible contract opportunities with our clients. We are seeing a need for flexible transactional and M&A support opportunities with several law firm clients ranging from Am Law 100 firms to boutique firms across the country, and we work on both engagement and permanent positions from time to time. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join Latitude's bench of transactional attorneys. Most of Latitude's engagements are fully remote, are flexible (i.e., can range from part-time to full-time), and provide a great opportunity to do high level corporate work on your own terms.
