Corporate Lawyer

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy and compliance with US law.
• Draft, review, and provide feedback on contracts and agreements reflecting best practices in corporate law.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear explanations for AI system development.
• Identify and summarize key legal issues and trends in business transactions.
• Contribute legal scenarios and document samples to enhance AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables and address corporate law topics.

Requirements

• Minimum of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law, including M&A and risk management.
• Experience as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or legal consultant to business clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues.
