Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support enterprise occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance processes through execution, documentation management, reporting, and system administration.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping, regulatory reporting support, third-party qualification management, and training compliance tracking across all IPS operating units.
- Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation integrity while partnering with HSE Directors and Regional HSE leaders.
- Administer and maintain enterprise HSE compliance platforms.
- Support system improvements and process documentation updates.
- Coordinate document uploads and maintain qualification status for shops and field services.
- Track and generate compliance reports and dashboards for HSE leadership.
- Communicate documentation deficiencies to Regional HSE and operational leaders.
- Track HSE training completion statuses and generate training compliance reports.
- Develop compliance-related training materials as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 2–5 years of experience in HSE, compliance administration, or regulatory documentation support preferred.
- Experience with compliance tracking systems or data management platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
- Relevant safety certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, data accuracy and documentation integrity, systems management and reporting, clear written communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, professional discretion.
