HSE Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Aid in implementing and maintaining OSHA-compliant safety programs and procedures.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Aid in employee safety orientation, training, and safety awareness programs.
• Maintain organized and confidential HSE documentation and records.
• Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response procedures.
• Aid in safety audits and provide requested documentation during inspections.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams regarding workplace safety concerns and improvements.
• Aid in tracking safety metrics, near misses, and corrective action follow-up.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 Years Of HSE Or Workplace Safety Experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and employee training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and safety management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
