About the Role
Anrok is seeking a corporate finance leader to join our expanding Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, owning the corporate model, and driving financial planning. This high-ownership position offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional leaders and influence critical financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support board preparation and help craft the investor narrative, translating financial data into a compelling story.
- Own and maintain Anrok's corporate model, encompassing revenue, costs, headcount, and cash flow.
- Lead the financial planning process, collaborating with Accounting and organizational leaders to analyze budget-vs-actuals, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations teams to develop budget and COGS strategies, providing financial insights to optimize investments and margins.
- Act as a thought partner to the Head of Finance on strategic decisions, including capital allocation, cost structure, and operating model scenarios.
- Build AI-driven workflows for recurring corporate finance analysis using tools like Omni, NetSuite, Python, n8n, and Claude, reducing manual effort and enabling deeper insights.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A, with a strong foundation in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and executive teams, supporting board and investor communications.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS financials, including corporate modeling, gross margin, COGS, opex, headcount planning, and key board-level metrics.
- Technical proficiency in three-statement modeling, GAAP, and financial systems/BI tools (NetSuite, Omni, SQL/Python).
- Demonstrated ability to form and communicate clear recommendations, balancing trade-offs and presenting insights effectively.
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted workflows and automation (Python, n8n, LLM-based tooling, or equivalent).
- Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment, prioritizing tasks and structuring analyses independently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executives, partnering across functions, and influencing decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; CPA or MBA is a plus but not required.

This role is based in a hybrid work environment, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week at our office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, or Dublin.
