Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional operational teams to support strategic planning, financial performance, and key business initiatives.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute timely, accurate financial reporting packages that provide meaningful insights for executive leadership.
  • Evaluate financial results by identifying trends, analyzing variances, and recommending opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities through robust financial planning and reporting tools.
  • Lead or participate in recurring financial review meetings, providing actionable analysis and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decisions.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and pro forma analyses to assess new programs, operational initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Finance and operational departments to serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Present financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, enabling sound decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or operational finance.
  • Healthcare services industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and intercompany accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using financial planning and forecasting tools such as Solver.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality financial analysis.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
