About the role
Greenberg Traurig is seeking a full‑time 2nd‑ to 4th‑year associate for its Corporate Finance group in the Dallas or Houston office.
Responsibilities
- Represent administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in club and broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities.
- Negotiate and draft credit agreements, debt commitment letters, term sheets, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, and closing deliverables (secretary’s certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules, exhibits).
- Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies (beneficial).
- Assume significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
Requirements
- Admission to one or more state bars; prior admission to the Texas bar is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background.
- Superior drafting skills.
- Experience representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in credit facilities (as described above).
- Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.

- Willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
