Corporate Associate - Finance

About the role

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a finance associate to join the Corporate practice group in any of the following offices: New York; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia; Washington, D.C.; Indianapolis; Fort Wayne; Chicago; Minneapolis; Denver.

Responsibilities

• Drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents
• Advising on covenant compliance
• Leading due diligence teams
• Managing specialists
• Drafting documents

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings
• Excellent writing skills
• Superior academics
• The ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Pay

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 – $315,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.

Schedule

In alignment with applicable Colorado state law, applications for this role will be accepted through October 31, 2026.

Our in-office work policy asks all attorneys, consulting professionals and paraprofessionals to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week, striking a balance between in-person collaboration, relationship-building, and exceptional client service, while also supporting individual flexibility and work-life balance.
