About the role
The group advises financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a broad range of transactions, including: Asset-based and corporate financings, Commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions, Renewable energy financings, Loan and credit agreements, Interest rate swaps and participation agreements, Intercreditor and subordination arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Representing lenders, borrowers, and/or developers in complex finance transactions
- Strong drafting skills across loan and credit documentation
- Familiarity with complex real estate and structured finance matters
- Hands-on deal exposure and potential for client-facing roles
- Part of a leaner structure that values ownership and accountability
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant commercial finance experience
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months)
- Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
