About the role

The group advises financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a broad range of transactions, including: Asset-based and corporate financings, Commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions, Renewable energy financings, Loan and credit agreements, Interest rate swaps and participation agreements, Intercreditor and subordination arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Representing lenders, borrowers, and/or developers in complex finance transactions
  • Strong drafting skills across loan and credit documentation
  • Familiarity with complex real estate and structured finance matters
  • Hands-on deal exposure and potential for client-facing roles
  • Part of a leaner structure that values ownership and accountability

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant commercial finance experience
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months)
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Deal sheet/representative matters

Skills
