Corporate Event Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Trade Show Coordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Events Team in Plymouth, MN (hybrid). This is a part‑time role starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr Manager on large trade shows
• Partner with exhibit house on show services and small trade shows
• Manage internal trade show website with event schedules
• Partner with Marketing team to support show‑related social media
• Build and maintain industry relationships
• Support shipping of event materials
• Partner with Indirect Sourcing on company promotional store

Requirements

• 1 year of trade show experience
• Fluent in Smartsheet, Microsoft Outlook, and CVENT

Pay

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour in Minnesota. Individual base pay will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Schedule

Part‑time, hybrid role based in Plymouth, MN, starting immediately.
