The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals ready to build their own book of business with the backing of a powerful platform. People who want more ownership, flexibility, and the ability to grow with a high-performing engine behind them.

What You'll Do

Develop and grow your own client portfolio through your network and industry connections

Source and secure hotel contracts for meetings, retreats, and offsites

Guide clients through sourcing, negotiation, and contracting

Leverage TeamOut's proprietary tools to send RFPs globally

Collaborate with internal experts for planning and production services

Expand revenue through premium event and production offerings

Compensation
