Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN): Network Engineer - Sr
B&A is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations Enterprise Enclave and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave Engineering (IOEE/IOSEE) Support Services in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This position is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated start in November 2026 and a period of performance of 1 base year plus 2 option years.

Responsibilities
- Work under general supervision, developing product requirements from inception to conclusion.
- Develop specifications for simple to moderately complex network problems.
- Provide expertise on COTS 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN and associated software/hardware, including a corporate, campus-wide Cisco LAN plant with Gigabit switching and routing.
- Coordinate with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
Requirements
Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience, including at least two (2) projects supporting one or more of the following technical areas:
- Enterprise network engineering
- Network operations and sustainment
- Network design and implementation
- WAN/LAN engineering
- Telecommunications infrastructure
- Cisco routing and switching
- IPv4/IPv6 networking
- MPLS, BGP, and OSPF
- Network security/STIG compliance
- Network installation, testing, and lifecycle support
Note: At least one (1) project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
Qualifications
- Current DoD 8570/8140 approved IAM Level III certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP-E)
- Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or higher certification
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
Desired Certifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- CompTIA Cloud+
- Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE)
Pay
Salary range: $85,000 – $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding.
