Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement EHS data collection and reporting systems to support enterprise-wide trend analysis and best-practice sharing.
- Support site compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations through audits, inspections, monitoring programs, and corrective action initiatives.
- Lead and participate in corporate EHS compliance audits across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Drive the implementation of both short-term and long-term EHS objectives and corporate initiatives. Champion a proactive safety culture through communication, engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with operational and corporate leaders to provide EHS expertise, guidance, and strategic support.
- Track performance metrics, support budgeting activities, and report progress toward EHS goals and objectives.
- Maintain strong professional development and industry engagement to ensure current knowledge of regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of combined EHS and manufacturing operations experience.
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing EHS teams.
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, auditing, and management systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining EHS management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or similar frameworks.
