Corporate Development Lead

For a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Corporate Development Lead to drive technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role collaborates across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end M&A process including deal sourcing and negotiation
• Develop investment and M&A theses based on market trends and company strategy
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities
• Lead equity fundraising processes, managing timelines and preparation of materials
• Foster ongoing relationships with current and prospective investors
• Provide strategic insights on market opportunities for executive planning
• Support the scaling of the company Ventures through sourcing and evaluating early-stage investments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development roles
• Proven track record of closing M&A or investment transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience in fundraising with minimal oversight and managing investor relationships
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech is advantageous
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
