Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to M&A program – analyze acquisition targets, complete due diligence, close transactions and integrate newly acquired businesses onto our platform
• Support capital raising and management of investor relations function
• Evaluate new markets and assess potential business adjacencies
• Execute special projects for executive team that drive strategic value for the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with business intelligence platforms, database tools, AI applications, or other data management and analytics systems is preferred
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial analysis techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
