Job Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments
- Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution, and integration planning
- Prepare presentations and material for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities
- Aid in 45X Tax Credit Sales and special projects supporting the office of the CFO
- Lead or support high-priority cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT
- Improve financial reporting and decision-making processes through automation and analytics
- Assist with ERP implementations, business integrations, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, or Big Four Deal Advisory
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint presentation expertise
- Strong financial statement analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation, DCF, comparable company analysis, transaction multiples, market research, and due diligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, Bloomberg, Wood Mackenzie
Pay
Pay Rate: $50 – $75/hr
