Responsibilities
- Cook up an efficient review process with interdepartmental teams to execute due diligence for potential acquisitions.
- Provide organized and informative recommendations based on diligence findings.
- Develop post-closing budgets and pro-forma financials.
- Lead key meetings and maintain constant communication with potential acquisition targets throughout the diligence process.
- Analyze target opportunities by developing comprehensive overviews that illustrate strategic rationale, investment merits and risks, and perform financial analysis to assist in determining appropriate offer pricing.
- Support the development of acquisition strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Aid in closing transactions.
- Promote continuous improvement of corporate development models and templates to ensure optimal utility and accuracy.
- Display qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required to have a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Required minimum two years of equivalent work experience.
- Required advanced experience with financial modeling.
- Required advanced experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Required ability to travel, as needed, to on-site locations.
- Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
- Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.
- In-office attendance is essential for achieving Enhabit objectives, including effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.

About the Role
