Corporate Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Cook up an efficient review process with interdepartmental teams to execute due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Provide organized and informative recommendations based on diligence findings.
• Develop post-closing budgets and pro-forma financials.
• Lead key meetings and maintain constant communication with potential acquisition targets throughout the diligence process.
• Analyze target opportunities by developing comprehensive overviews that illustrate strategic rationale, investment merits and risks, and perform financial analysis to assist in determining appropriate offer pricing.
• Support the development of acquisition strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
• Aid in closing transactions.
• Promote continuous improvement of corporate development models and templates to ensure optimal utility and accuracy.
• Display qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required to have a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Required minimum two years of equivalent work experience.
• Required advanced experience with financial modeling.
• Required advanced experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Required ability to travel, as needed, to on-site locations.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.
• In-office attendance is essential for achieving Enhabit objectives, including effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
