Overview

Analyze acquisition opportunities and support transaction execution
Build financial models, valuations, and operating analyses
Conduct industry, market, and competitive research
Assist with due diligence and investment evaluation
Support strategic growth initiatives across portfolio companies
Evaluate new market opportunities, products, and business lines
Participate in post-acquisition integration projects
Prepare investment materials, presentations, and executive reporting
Work directly with senior leadership and operating company management teams

The Ideal Candidate

Has a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
0-2 years of professional experience
Background in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in both M&A and broader business strategy
