The Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional legal and compliance projects and training
- Assist with compliance monitoring and reporting, legal regulations, and risk assessments
- Monitor ethics reporting and provide guidance to various stakeholders on compliance matters
- Prepare, review, and file SEC reports, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, and Proxy Statement
- Ensure ongoing compliance with NYSE listing standards and evolving securities regulations
- Advise and assist on securities law matters, including Regulation FD, insider trading compliance, and Section 16 reporting
- Review and support earnings releases, investor presentations, press releases, and other external disclosures
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on disclosure and compliance programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Internal Audit, HR, Investor Relations, and Communications teams
- Work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and outside counsel on matters, as necessary, to accomplish legal and business objectives
Qualifications
- Experience Required: 5-7 years experience in a transactional practice in a law firm or an in-house legal department
- Experience Preferred: Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to practice in a jurisdiction within the U.S.
- Leadership acumen and a track record of demonstrating these skills
- Demonstrated track record of accountability for outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams
- Willingness to take on matters outside your core expertise, learn new areas of law, and pitch in where needed to support the business
- Strong business and legal judgment with ability to make sound decisions
- High level of integrity and professional ethics

Pay
The salary range for this position is $160,000-$190,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
