Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and close a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, and other internal teams
• Provide legal advice to various stakeholders as needed
• Align transactions with company policies and business objectives
• Interface with senior executives on legal matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial transactions attorney in private practice, in-house, or a mix of both
• Graduate of an accredited American law school
• Current license to practice law in the employee's state of residence
• Experience with artificial intelligence-related legal issues is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

$127,000 – $159,000 annually
