Corporate Controller - Remote

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger and month-end close
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Evaluate and optimize current accounting procedures for efficiency and scalability
• Design and implement standardized practices across the accounting organization
• Partner with teams to resolve issues impacting financial reporting and customer satisfaction
• Drive process discipline while staying customer-focused

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally in private equity environments
• Experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology or multi-entity settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Proven track record of improving accounting operations and implementing standardized processes

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
