About the role
An experienced IT Project Manager is sought to support the Corporate Communications Technology team. This role will lead enterprise technology initiatives, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized enterprise Project Manager who excels at stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and executive communication while driving successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, scope, and dependencies.
- Maintain project governance artifacts including RAID logs, status reports, project plans, and executive communications.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues while driving resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) updates.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and PMO leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support initiatives involving digital platforms, web technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience within large enterprise environments.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, resource plans, risks, and project governance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Corporate Communications, Digital, Marketing, or Employee Communications technology teams.
- Knowledge of AI-related initiatives or digital transformation programs.
- Experience delivering web or content management platform projects.
- Exposure to Sitecore CMS is a strong plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred.
