Corporate/Business Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, corporate agreements, and transactional documents.
• Advise business clients on day-to-day corporate governance, compliance, and strategic operational decisions.
• Handle real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, and sales.
• Provide general guidance on workplace legalities and employment law matters as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated corporate transactional experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Versatility: A strong foundation in corporate law with desirable experience in real estate transactions and employment law.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to manage transactions independently and interface directly with business leaders.
• Bar Admission: Active Ohio State Bar license in good standing.
