Corporate Attorney (Sophisticated Boutique Firm)

About the Role

Latitude is seeking a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 4+ years of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles-based boutique firm. This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated boutique firm and work on Big Law caliber deals with reduced billable hour requirements and the flexibility to work remotely, if desired. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large firm is highly preferred. While there is a preference for candidates residing in Southern California and who can go into the office, strong remote candidates will also be considered.

Requirements

• 4+ years of M&A, corporate governance, corporate finance, and general transactional experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references

Position Details

• Role: Permanent
• Schedule: Full-Time (~1800 hours per year)
• Location: Los Angeles, CA (with WFH flexibility)

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $230,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
