Corporate Associate (Philadelphia)

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Associate (philadelphia) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Philadelphia, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $235,000 – $365,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions Draft clear and accurate legal documents, including memos and contracts Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution, demonstrating sound judgment Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop innovative transaction strategies Support high-level legal activities, including negotiations and client meetings Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated with changes in law Qualifications 2-5 years of corporate law experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania Experience in executing M&A transactions for both private and public companies Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school Benefits Hybrid work environment allowing flexibility for working from home Access to ongoing training and development opportunities Engagement in pro bono work and community involvement initiatives Participation in high-level legal activities and negotiations Contributions to firm programs and initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
