Corporate Associate (Mid to Senior Level) - San Diego

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.
• A strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting such agreements.

Education and Credentials

Pay and Other Information

• The expected pay range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000.
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
