About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a mid-senior level Associate within their Corporate Practice in their San Diego office.
Responsibilities
- Experience in corporate transactions, particularly public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.
- A strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation.
- Proficiency in drafting complex M&A and private equity transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas.
- A high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
Requirements
- Admission to the California Bar.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
