About the role
A sophisticated, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–6 years’ experience) to join its dynamic corporate practice across several key U.S. markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in high-value transactions while working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents across M&A and venture capital deals
- Support and lead key aspects of transactions from structuring through closing
- Advise clients on corporate governance and securities compliance matters
- Work closely with founders, investors, and management teams on strategic transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver seamless client service
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $180,000 – $260,000 (depending on location and experience)

Qualifications
- Strong background in venture capital and/or M&A work
- Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents
- Familiarity with securities law compliance and corporate governance is a plus
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
