It manages platforms such as Salesforce, HRIS, ITSM, finance, collaboration, and other SaaS solutions to optimize business processes and support company-wide functions.About the Opportunity:The Corporate Applications Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise business applications. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate operational needs into scalable application solutions. The position contributes to improving efficiency, maintaining application security and reliability, and enabling standardized processes across the organization.Responsibilities:Serve as primary administrator for assigned corporate applications.Configure and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms based on business requirements.Manage application lifecycle including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and retirement.Coordinate software releases, testing, and deployment.Maintain application documentation, standards, and procedures.Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.Gather and document business requirements for new functionality.Recommend automation to improve efficiency.Translate requirements into specifications for technical teams or vendors.Ensure applications support scalable business processes.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support and escalations.Participate in software evaluations, renewals, and implementations.Monitor vendor performance and manage licensing.Establish and maintain application governance and data integrity.Ensure appropriate user access and security compliance.Support audit requests and documentation.Provide escalation support for complex application issues.Develop user documentation and training materials.Deliver training for new features and process changes.Promote adoption of enterprise applications.Develop reports and dashboards to support decision making.Monitor application usage and system performance.Lead or support application implementation projects.Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and deployments.Track project milestones and risks.Maintain a professional and client-focused approach.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years supporting or administering enterprise business applications.Experience with Salesforce, HRIS, ERP, Service Management, CRM, or similar systems.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience managing SaaS vendors and implementations.Strong business process analysis skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with workflow automation and system configuration.Knowledge of identity and access management.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Preferred: Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Preferred: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization.Preferred: Experience in ITIL or Agile environments.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The base salary for this position is between $130k-$145kEqual Opportunity Statement:Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
