Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing (landlord and tenant), financing and development, due diligence and closings.
• Handle corporate matters, such as business formation, contract negotiations and drafting, labor and employment, and data privacy.
• Work closely with clients, partners, and teammates—no disappearing into a corner office required.
• Take ownership of files while still having support when you need it.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law and corporate law
• Licensed in Ohio
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Someone who values professionalism and personality
• A team player who enjoys a smaller-firm environment
