The firm is seeking a Collections Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This position regularly handles transactional matters related to real estate, corporate, and contract law. The attorney should enjoy significant client contact and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional matters in real estate, corporate, and contract law
• Represent or advise cities, municipalities, or other governmental organizations in civil matters
• Engage in significant client contact and public speaking

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing or advising cities, municipalities, or other governmental organizations in civil matters
• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Tennessee
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
