Job Duties

• Preparation and posting of accrual based journal entries to record assets, liabilities, and revenue/expense restatements for the financial statements in the University accounting system (Banner).
• Processing payments between University departments and/or other State agencies.
• Reconciling purchase card transactions and cash balances in the University and State accounting systems.
