Responsibilities
- Drive goal achievement by meeting assigned revenue targets for corporate accounts
- Engage in strategic account planning and expand relationships within assigned accounts
- Offer customer service and promote diagnosis and effective product use within accounts
- Formulate tailored business initiatives for corporate accounts based on product and disease state insights
- Identify decision makers to create engagement opportunities for the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field; 8+ years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical sales, with key account management experience preferred
- Master's degree with 6+ years of similar experience may substitute for Bachelor's requirement
- Proven relationship management skills with organized customers in Long-term Care and related sectors
- Strong understanding of pharma legal frameworks and compliance guidelines for product promotion
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative business plans and present solutions to complex customer needs
