Core Technician - Main OR, Full-Time 7am - 3:30pm, Voorhees

Supports healthcare team by coordinating supplies and equipment for surgery, transportation of specimens, and assisting in patient transfer to stretcher under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplies and equipment for scheduled surgery.
• Restock and maintain room par levels.
• Transport fresh and frozen section specimens, checking specimen log for accuracy.
• Assist registered nurses (RNs) in daily activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience or CSS training.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control standards.
• Familiarity with hospital practices, procedures, and policies.
• Core technologist competency.
• High School Diploma or Graduate Equivalent Diploma (GED).
• CPR (BLS) certification.

Pay

$19.54 - $29.20 hourly.
