Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years’ preferred experience
- Other Qualifications: Previous experience with core identification and strong product knowledge. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage work efficiently. Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed. Excellent attendance record and proven performance. Solid math skills and strong memory retention (both considered a plus).
- Physical Requirements: Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 pounds with proper assistance, including the use of overhead cranes or approved lifting devices, following all safety procedures and team-lifting protocols. Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials. Stand for prolonged periods (majority of the shift), including standing while working at benches or workstations. Perform frequent bending, twisting, and torso rotation throughout the shift, including reaching to lower levels, turning at the waist, and maintaining bent-over positions as required by task demands. Perform frequent hand and arm movements, including: Full-fist gripping of tools, Pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers, Twisting the lower arm, Turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right, Push and pull equipment or materials—such as carts, pallet jacks, or bins—on a regular basis.
