Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Responsibilities
- Provides friendly and outgoing customer service to Residents.
- Acts as a key employee liaison between guests and Residents.
- Familiarizes with using computer software to perform various tasks.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication.
- Receives incoming packages and enters information on packing slips into resident software.
- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
- Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
- Delivers packages to Front Desk at times, and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.
- Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents.
- Maintains department database, prepares routine reports, and files shipping/receiving records.
- Follows established company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
- Receives and logs contractors into the system and contractor log whom will perform work or deliver items to the units.
- Provides contractor badge along with photo to identify the individual while working inside the building.
- Maintains communication with Front Desk when a contractor has arrived and advises which unit they will need access for.
- Communicates with Management Office each time a contractor arrives with building materials or furniture deliveries to ensure they have provided the required elevator deposit.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less

Position Type
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. This schedule will be determined by the property and may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
Required Education And Experience
- Prior experience in a related position
- Six months to one year in related experience and/or training
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 30 lbs.
