Role Responsibilities
- Grow a sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Meet and exceed sales performance goals
- Be self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed every day
- Schedule/provide web product demonstrations, maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines
- Attend Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with sales team and meet weekly activity KPI’s
- Represent our organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of inside sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Full cycle SaaS closing experience
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, along with Outreach, Zoom and Gmail
- Customer-centric sales style - focused on helping and creating value for our customer instead of just "making a sale"
- Team-oriented, but competitive nature
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and learning new things
- Organized and Reliable
- Experience within the Construction Industry is a bonus
