Copywriter, Senior

The Opportunity:

Booz Allen is seeking a Senior Copywriter who excels in persuasion and crafting impactful messages. This role requires translating complex products and capabilities into compelling copy that resonates with audiences and elevates Booz Allen's brand.

What You’ll Work On:

• Write high-impact copy for digital and print advertising, including display ads, social media, email, out-of-home, and print.
• Create headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that engage and influence.
• Develop copy for integrated campaigns across various channels like digital ads, out-of-home, landing pages, and email.
• Generate fresh campaign concepts that challenge traditional approaches and enhance Booz Allen’s brand presence.
• Translate technical subject matter into clear, compelling messaging that maintains the integrity of the message.
• Collaborate with design and art direction to ensure cohesive and impactful creative.
• Align messaging with brand priorities, focusing on awareness and engagement metrics.
• Partner with digital and marketing teams to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Use audience and campaign data to inform and improve future campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline the creative process while maintaining editorial standards.

You Have:

• Experience in marketing copywriting, particularly in brand awareness campaigns.
• A portfolio showcasing both ad copy and longer-form campaign work.
• The ability to simplify complex technical subjects into engaging narratives.
• An ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and creative exploration.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including reviewing design comps and working within templates.

Compensation:

Compensation is determined by various factors including location, education, experience, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model:
