Copywriter
About the role
We're seeking a skilled copywriter with 1-3 years of experience in agencies, studios, or in-house teams. Your portfolio should showcase a range of work, a developing point of view, and strong fundamentals like grammar, structure, clarity, and attention to detail. You should have a genuine interest in concepting rather than just filling copy boxes, and be comfortable working in various voices, formats, and complexity levels. Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn and adapt are also essential.
Responsibilities
- Work with art directors, strategists, account teams, and senior creatives to transform ideas from brainstorm sessions into final files.
- Create strategic direction into compelling concepts and on-brand copy for social media, videos, and digital platforms, including headlines, scripts, posts, body copy, and presentation language.
- Use AI tools to explore angles, build prompts, and expedite early thinking processes.
- Edit your own work with care, focusing on structure, rhythm, tone, and clarity.
- Present and sell your ideas effectively, asking good questions and using critique to refine and strengthen the work.
- Stay curious about cultural trends, platform dynamics, brand narratives, and how people communicate.
Requirements
Required education includes a background in advertising, writing, or communications. Alternatively, a portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and a developing point of view is acceptable.

- A real interest in concepting, not just in executing copy tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
