Responsibilities
- Write customer-facing short-form copy across marketing channels, including email, paid ads, website headers, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Create high-converting email subject lines, preview text, and headline hooks
- Create compelling ad copy, web hero messaging, calls-to-action, and promotional headlines
- Craft concise product messaging that clearly communicates features, benefits, and key differentiators
- Partner with creative and marketing teams on campaign concepts, messaging strategies, and testing ideas
- Continuously iterate on copy based on performance data, feedback, and channel insights
- Research customer insights, product reviews, and competitive positioning to strengthen messaging
- Support ongoing website updates, launches, and seasonal campaign refreshes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across marketing channels (email, web, campaigns, product copy)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to write concise, conversion-driven short-form copy
- Solid understanding of audience, tone, and drivers of engagement and conversion
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to incorporate feedback efficiently
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Curiosity and a bias toward learning — you actively seek to understand the product, customer, and market
Pay
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $41-$47 per hour.
