Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling, and effective copy across a variety of media channels
- Partner closely with Art Directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to create integrated creative concepts and campaigns
- Maintain client brand voice, messaging guidelines, and copy standards across all deliverables
- Create engaging content that aligns with strategic objectives, audience insights, and platform best practices
- Develop social-first copy and content while maintaining a strong understanding of platform specifications, trends, and audience behaviors
- Support the production of television, radio, video, and content projects through scriptwriting and creative collaboration
- Review and proofread creative materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical excellence
- Interpret client briefs and strategic direction to develop creative solutions that achieve business objectives
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative thinking to support agency growth and new business opportunities
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners while demonstrating a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, social agency, content agency, or integrated marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, copywriting excellence, storytelling ability, creative problem-solving, and results-driven work
- Experience writing across a variety of formats, including campaigns, social media, video, digital, print, radio, and long- and short-form content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content specifications, audience engagement, and platform best practices
- Experience writing scripts for television, radio, video, and other multimedia content
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and client success
- Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools, content creation platforms, and emerging technologies is a plus
