Copy Supervisor- (DTC Pharmaceutical Experience Required)
About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external account and creative teams on complex projects.
- Develop and execute strategies for digital landscapes including strategy development, banners, sites, and SEO.
- Work with a dozen different departments to bring messages to life across various digital channels.
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory standards in a heavily regulated industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience)
- 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred
- A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners
- Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO
- Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams
