This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the Consumer Technology space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor Systems Engineers to enhance their career growth
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to develop reference accounts
• Support field SE teams with technical evaluations and troubleshooting during client engagements
• Present technical content to diverse audiences, including clients and partners
• Foster relationships with channel partners to ensure proper technical training on the company’s solutions
• Act as an escalation point for any technical challenges faced in pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Facilitate discussions on security trends to help clients prepare for industry changes
• Offer design consultation during pre-sales for effective implementation and policy transition

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pre-sales Systems Engineering Manager overseeing a technical team
• In-depth understanding of security product market trends and the company’s technology advancements
• Experience collaborating with customers in a pre-sales capacity alongside account teams
• Prior experience in managing technical teams relevant to cybersecurity or similar fields
• Strong business management acumen
• Commitment to continuous learning in technology areas relevant to the company
• Ability to create training materials for System Engineering teams

Pay

$280,000 – $310,000 annually
