About The Role
The Laboratory Analyst in Training at GEL Laboratories, LLC is responsible for conducting basic procedures that support other operations in the laboratory. They must be able to work independently, meeting productivity goals with minimal supervision.
- Conduct basic procedures that support other operations in the laboratory
- Login, sample management and disposal operations
- Complete data entry activities, including initial data reduction and initial data review
- Prepare lab ware for procedures
- Operate basic laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate and supporting GEL core values
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, preferably in Chemistry or Biology
- Laboratory experience preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience operating basic laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Exhibits organizational skills and attention to detail
