About the role

This position is available as Part-Time or Full-Time up to 70 hours a week, 10–12 hour day shifts, with hours negotiable. Responsibilities

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup
• Build relationships with customers and ensure they get the service and product they deserve—on time, every time
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with dispatch team and crew

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it's your own—clean, fueled, and safe
• Keep it legal, keep it safe—DOT compliance and safety first, always
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them; you're the last line before product hits the customer

Live the Culture

• Bring good energy to work every day—no egos, no drama

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A) with a safe driving record
• 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work—no one needs to chase you down
• Willing to get dirty, help with loading, and be part of a bigger mission
• Care about people, not just pallets
• Comfortable with on-call expectations
• Looking to grow—not just clock in and clock out
