About the Role

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient‑focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies at the Midlothian, Virginia outpatient center. The role offers specialized training, the chance to connect deeply with patients, and the opportunity to grow clinical skills while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Reliable personal transportation is required to cover the Midlothian center and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort proactively.
• Provide empathetic, supportive care throughout the patient experience.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes as needed to support operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
• Substantial relevant work experience, preferably in patient‑ or customer‑facing roles.
• Stable and consistent work history.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
• Reliable transportation to travel between centers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
• At least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record systems; AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
