Fully remote ongoing contract, 1–3 months with potential to extend. Must be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM PST.
Overview
Our healthcare and pharmaceutical agency client is seeking a detail-oriented Copy Editor to provide part-time support on an ongoing contract basis. This fully remote opportunity requires availability from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, and offers the potential for extension beyond the initial 1-3 month engagement.
This role is ideal for an experienced editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and tone. The Copy Editor will support a variety of medical marketing and communications materials while also assisting with client communications and social media coordination.
Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and proofread a variety of healthcare marketing and communications materials, including:
- Medical marketing and advertising content
- Medical abstracts
- Website copy
- Promotional materials
- Advisory board documents
- Edit content for grammar, accuracy, consistency, tone, and adherence to style guidelines
- Manage client social media accounts and support content coordination
- Communicate directly with clients and assist with day-to-day account support
- Coordinate conference-related materials
- Assist with SurveyMonkey survey setup and administration
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or agency experience
- Social media management experience
- Experience with client-facing communications
- Familiarity with conference materials and event-related support
- Experience using SurveyMonkey
