Job Responsibilities

• Cook up and dispatch airport shuttle services, matching drivers with client bookings.
• Monitor shuttle locations and progress using GPS and communication tools.
• Provide timely updates and information to drivers and clients.
• Manage scheduling to accommodate early morning, late-night, and holiday shifts.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding shuttle services.
• Collaborate with the driving team to ensure adherence to traffic rules and company policies.
• Maintain records of transportation details, including schedules, driver assignments, and client feedback.

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using GPS and scheduling software.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to address client concerns effectively.
• Previous experience in dispatch or transportation coordination is required.
• Must be a Summit County or Eagle County local resident with excellent knowledge of the local area.
