Copier Service Technician

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician who’s part problem-solver, part tech whisperer, and all-around customer service hero. Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, or another mechanical/technical background — we’re open to training the right person with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
• Install and configure equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
• Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and networking knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
